Dan Tatt!!!

A short updates on egg tarts that I did the other day. When my cousin did this and send me some photos on how beautifully her tarts were, immediately I asked for recipe and did it on the day itself.

Crust pastry poked with holes
Pour in egg custard in and bake in the ovenAfter 20 minutes, all done....fresh from oven

I did 3 pieces with strawberry jam inside. Taste quite nice. Soury and sweet :D
