Fishy-fishy

My darling Jk (ahem..:)) hate fishes. He don't eat fish, he can't stand the smell of fish and can't stand the sight of fish too. The theory is exactly like the Muslim don't take pork, except jk no need to wash his hand with earth water if he touches one. I think he'll just die....yes, that's serious.

As for other sea creatures, he will still take it if they are cook in deep-fried way. Coated with batter and fried to perfection....... yum yum :)

Anyway, I bought this ma yau fish dunno when and it been sitting in the freeze for ages. So, I took it out yesterday, defrost it and take a good sniff. Mmmm...ok wor. No stinky smell, so I fried it.

Seasoned it with salt, pepper and flour and to the wok it goes.......

The smell emitted was heavenly...hahaha

Luckily jk was at work, if not I'm sure he will strangle me to death. No kidding.... *_*

Nice and crispy. Jk, want to have a bite or not? Wahahaha....

I had this for tea time, with a cup of black coffee. Weird combination eh? But it taste good... :)
