Wondermama - Revisit

Revisit Wondermama situated at Bangsar Village 1 a few weeks ago. This time the new addition to the group are my mother in law and my little Caven! Haha...the last time we were there, Caven was still in my tummy, savouring every drop of the foods that I ate.

First up, assorted nyoya kuih @ RM1.50 per piece. If you ask me, it worth your money. Very very good. Even Caleb had almost half of this portion. He wanted to taste every one of them, so we cut up half of every piece and he whacked everything up. My tiny dinosaur really can eat despite of his size :) Kecik kecik cili padi ma.....

My tiny dinosaur...

Since we were so hungry, we ordered some egg toast with ham and cheese (forgot what this called) for sharing from the breakfast menu while passing time, waiting for their ala carte menu. They offer more choice of food during lunch. So, if you want to eat kiss-ass noodles, variety of fried rice, expensive nasi lemak, be sure to be there after noon.

I tried their Special Seafood Maggi Mee Goreng from the menu. For a plate of Maggi Mee Goreng priced at RM14.90 doesn't really kick any sense in my mind. So, just to prove they really serve (better be hell-out-of-this-world, aitelyu) kiss-ass/special Maggi Mee, I ordered one.

It came with generous amount of seafood such as squid, prawns, scallop, salmon, fried egg, onion, few slices of cucumber and  baby bok-choy, fried with their homemade sauce. It was good. Spicy and full of 'wok-hei', fresh seafood, nice sauce. Worth it? Mmm...okla

Mom in law settled for the Nyoya Laksa (RM13.90) comes with prawn, slices of fish cake, cockles and bean curd drowned in creamy broth. She said it was nice. Spicy and fragrant.

Caleb's kid set meal. Spagetti in tomato sauce, lousy fried egg, a piece of fried chicken and a bottle of yakult. In the end, he had few spoonful of spagetti and half of the fried egg and claimed he's full. All the while he was eyeing at the bottle of yakult. Hah! In the end, I ate his spagetti and egg and the father ate the fried chicken. Gau tim!

Finally a picture of me and my prince.

Where is the little guy all these while? He slept in the stroller for a less than 15 minutes and woke up demanding to be carried. So, we passed him around like a football while the other eat.

Now, everybody can EAT!

Lovely photo of Caleb and you. Both of you are smiling so sweetly.

The food looks yummy. I have not eaten at this place before. Maybe some day.

Was this the first meal outing for Caven? He must be woken by the aroma of those yummy food so can't sleep soundly in his stroller. Good that he did not cry and fuss and was happy to be carried in turns by all of you.

Fried calamari with sambal? Sounds delicious! Must find time to go there because I seldom go Bangsar area. Usually just go Midvalley so I usually eat nyonya kuehs at "nyonya color" outlet. I like to eat nyonya kuehs, hehehe. :)
