Fillet-O-Fish

Remember the red snapper fish I told you all about? I sliced both meaty side of the RM11 and this is all I got.....RM11 laaaa these 2 pieces
I marinated it with a bit of salf and pepper. Pan-fried it with little oil. That's all. Served hot with little bit of mayo + tomato sauce. Yum yum....:)
