I was so shocked when I read mummyreview's blog on how she found out Healthy Times cereal was infested with insects moment ago. You can read more here.
This is the brand that I trusted most and been feeding Caleb from the moment he started semi solid food 6 months ago. Price is definitely not cheap. For a small box of 170g, it cost RM16.50 (can last maybe for 1-2 weeks)
It was my SIL who staying in Singapore that recommend this brand to me last time. She commented on how good it was and so easy to prepare. Meals ready in a jiffy....because that time I mentioned to her on how I was so forgetful and didnt switch on the slower cooker most of the time. By the time Caleb need his porridge, opppsss.....
After I read her blog, I quickly go and inspect mine. Luckily no insects inside. But I've already throw away the hard cover packaging. Thus I cant check on the batch number and expiry date. I transfered mine into a tupperware. Well, just in case, if I got bugs picnic around my kitchen....
Mmmm...how ar? Continue or not to continue using this brand?

Thank you for sharing this. Ha... I forgot to switch on the multi-cooker once too. Another time, I pressed the wrong button and the porridge was burnt! I use brown rice pasta as backup for such booboos, need only 10 min to cook and my boy loves it.
Haha..glad to know that I'm not the only one. I think my memory deteriorate after I gave birth :)
