Pork Leg Vinegar, anyone?

Mom cooked this a few days ago. Pork Leg Vinegar....

Nope, I'm definitely not in confinement now. Anyway who said only those in confinement can eat this? :)



It was sooo good. I don't even remember I ever like pork vinegar. Even when I'm in my confinement last time I didn't eat this. Well, maybe once or twice.... because my MIL is a bad cook 's cooking don't suit my tastebud. :p


Mom stir-fried ginger and pork before pour everything into claypot. Braised with vinegar for ... I don't know. 2 hours maybe?

Mom said she's going to cook again for me to bring back home this weekend. Hee hee hee....

Order anyone?
