Before I left for kl

Finally I'm going back to kl with Dadi and Mami. Mami got no helper from now on. She have to deal with my tantrums and laundry .... Let me think where should I start. Should I start spill more milk out or yell from the top of my lung.

(I supposed to post this last friday but ... you know lar, my online time is not fixed. Sometimes have to see my 'boss''s mood. Anyway, here it is...)

Haha...since me and Caleb came back to kl, we been going out everyday. Yesterday we went to Sunway Pyramid. First because we need to buy a cot bumper for his new baby cot. Oh and by the way, finally we got Caleb a baby cot from Ikea. I'll post about that later on.



Sakea Sushi for breakfast...I havent eat Sakea Sushi for almost 4 months now...How I miss my fried hotate, kakiage, chicken katsu and don and ramen and tempura and and and..mmm..what else ar.. lol

Caleb is back to the house

Yes, Caleb is back to our house. He is doing quite alright except the first night he whined until 12am. I know he's very tired but cannot keep the eyes close. Maybe he feel that the room he always sleep in is not the same. The ceiling is not the same, the bed is not the same, the wall is not the same....but mummy is still the same ma...

Oh well, I just let him whine until he cant stand anymore, finally he fall asleep...and woke up 7am in the morning. I think he's too tired and conked out.

Yesterday we brought him out to Oldtown Kopitiam for breakfast but he fall asleep again just before we arrived. So we passed around (me, jk and my mil) so that everybody can have breakfast in peace. He woke up 20 minutes later in silent...(that's very good :D)

We went to jusco after that to buy more bibs. This guy drooling so much that he wet almost every clothes he's wearing. Sometimes he spill his milk 10 minutes, half an hour or even 2 hours after his meal, sprouting out like waterfall. Haiz.... but every doctor got the same answer for me, "Dont worry, it's normal. It more like laundry problem rather than health problem" So, ok lor.

After jusco, we went back. He whined again...yes, he whined when he is damn sleepy. Again he conked out and sleep for 3hours. Went out for dinner with jk's aunt and her family. Fall asleep again.... Since baby need to sleep so we all call it a night and went back. When we got back, my mil put him to bed and he woke up 10 minutes later. "Yea...I finished my napping. I need to play now"

At last everybody conked out....

Last night I saw one big red bump near to Caleb's right eye. I quickly put some oilment on it and today the redness subside. So, dont worry. The balm work like magic.

The Amazing Cloth Diaper

This post is dedicated for moms...

The world of cloth diapering has changed alot since the days of using the classic-fabric-cotton-square cloth that required safety pins or making a simply knot. You know, just when our mother or grandmother time. Changing the lampin once it get wet and washing it like there was no tomorrow.

Today modern cloth diaper is a hybrid between disposable diaper and cotton-square cloth.

That amazing thing is called Cloth Diaper. I'm using Coolababy brand and it awesome. This is the most affordable range of Cloth Diaper and I got mine from mykimstore. (*wink)

She is a very nice lady, helping me in making the right choice :)

Anyway, this cloth diaper work just like any diaposable diapers holding pee for 3-4 hours and the best part is that it can be washed over and over again like cotton-fabric cloth.

It consists of one outer part that is made from PUL, breathable and waterproof thus it wont wet the bed, and innner layer that made from mircofleece fabric that keep baby feeling dry. It's easy to wash (since poo doesnt stick to it and using shower head to rinse it off and flush down in toilet bowl, that's it) and it dry pretty fast under the sun or fan. Even faster if you wash it in washing machine.

This cloth diaper come with a pocket. Generally there is a hole or pocket which separate the inner and outer layer, forming an opening for the absorbent material to be inserted.

The absorbent material that is inserted is what absorbs the pee and it can be remove for cleaning. The absorbent material usually made from mircofabric that has the ability to asborp moisture 10 times off his weight.

Choose from small, (like what Caleb is now wearing)

to medium,
and large (when you baby grow bigger and fatter)

Finally snap on the waist and you're done...
It can last for 3-4hours (sometimes 5) or until Caleb had wetted the bed... darn!

Caleb woke up from one of his afternoon nap. I put him down on his rocker and he look like this.

Caleb loves to put his fingers, fist or both fists into his mouth.














He drool so much now and putting his fingers inside the mouth, playing with saliva and smearing it all over his face. If you are carrying him, after he smearing his own face with saliva, his hands will come near you and smearing your face after that...yieeee.....this dirty fler...














Anyway, my mom said because we didnt let him suck on soother in the beginning resulting this. Ya, I dont give him soother on his first few days because I'm worried that he' gonna like his soother so much and rejected my nipple instead, thus making me harder to breastfeed him. I did gave him a soother after his first month but he rejected it straight away. Suck for few seconds then 'pop' come out again. Even now I try to persuade him to suck on soother for comfort rather me become the 'human soother' for him.

But last month during his 3rd visit for his month check up and injection, the nurse asked me a few questions and one of them was "Did he suck his finger?" and I said "Yes, if can he want to put his whole fist inside." I was relieved when she told me that this is one of his development in 3 months. Then I told my mom "see, not because I didnt give him the soother, it is his development lar." Only then they keep quiet about it. Hehe....

Sad Story

I'm so sad...

For the past 2 days I had a bad headache.There are so many things to be done before Caleb can go back to KL. First and foremost, I need to make an arrangement for my 2 rabbits to be away from Caleb for the time being. It is sad to see them go away but it's beyond my control... What needs to be done, need to be done...no matter how heart broken you are or how inseparable it may seem. There are so much pressure from the elderly on how the cause and effect of baby being around small creatures. It is not that I didn't persevere but rather it is that the consequences that are so great that makes me shrink into a tiny green pea. I had to obliged....

I'm looking for a temporary home for them maybe for around 6 - 8 months time. We'll provide foods and their needs through out including paying for their vet's bill. (Ya, Footy need to trim his teeth and nails occasionally. He'll freak out when somebody go near his mouth and legs.) The person need to be an animal lover, have big space for them to run around and preferably had an experience in handling rabbits. Where can I find such a person, utelmi...
