And I had my 1st fall ...@ week 34

What I am about to tell you is quite scary and me myself haven't really got over it. Thank god me and my baby are ok.

I had a fall last night. Quite a sudden fall on the floor with my knee hitting the floor and followed by my big tummy. When I thought of it, before I went to sleep last night and after I woke up this morning, I still feel like a nightmare.....

Anyway, here it goes...

Last night as usual I let Caca out from his cage. I usually let him roam around my living with shutting all the room's door and toilet door as well. I put 2 playpen as a barrier to prevent him going into the kitchen and fight with footy. Yes, footy's cage is inside the kitchen and they can fight even when one is in the cage.

I went into kitchen to fetch some water into my tupperware when I saw footy not like his usual self. He curled up into a big ball and doesnt response when I took out brittal bunny's container (brittal bunny is kind of pellets food that he'll go crazy about it) shake it but he didnt response as well. I took one, go near his mouth and he doesnt want to eat. Mmmm..what happen to this guy..

Then I stroke his head and ask him how are you feeling? As usual he didnt response too...heh heh heh..okok. I felt that he's shedding again because some furs sticking on my hand and without closing his door, I stand up and took out a sticky roller on top of my breakfast table, just nearby. Lo behold.....footy without any warning, dashing out and meet with Caca outside. With the playpen as a barrier, they were fighting like no tomorrow, biting and scratching each other's face.

I was shocked when I saw them fighting, I want to get a hold on footy but I was off balance when I run to him. I kicked the play pen open, footy launched into the living with caca, I was stumbled, off balance, knee hitting the floor and followed my tripped over and my tummy hitting the floor. I was shocked!!! Damn shock!!

Jk was watching tv, immediately run to me and asked me if I'm ok. He damn shocked also.... I just lay on the floor and a few minutes, laying on my left and try to breath deeply. At this time, jk asked me continuously any pain, got bleed or not, any water leaking.....I just shook my head and said no...I'm ok. Catch them and put them into the cage first.

After he settled with them, he came and asked me same questions again. Got pain or not, got bleed or not, any water coming out or not, wanna go see doctor or not....(like what Doctor Fong used to ask me..)

Then he helped me stand up, sit down for awhile, breath in and out...concentrate whether the baby is moving or not.....It scare the shit out of me when I didnt notice any movement. I pray pray hard to God...please please.....

I slowly went into my room, bathed and wait for my baby to move. I checked if I'm bleed but nope, nothing happen. Finally my baby let out a hard kick in my tummy. I am soooo relieved. Yes, he's moving...he's fine. No pain...No blood...No water...

I tried to google and searched for any consequences from falling. I'm relieved again when I found out that not every fall will bring danger to the baby. As the baby is well cushioned by the uterus and amniotic fluid. Jk pleaded me dont do that any more....hahaha..I guess I scared the shit out of him too....I know..I'm sorry

Well, that's the whole story....Today, baby moving as usual. Kicking and squirming. Never feel so relieve and happy when he is moving like that. I'm really thank god!

CNY costume

It's in every mother instinct to shop and buy those cutie-cutie clothes for her baby. Especially for a mischevious mom-to-be like me (definitely will get a mischevious baby later..), it is no exceptional at all.

And when is the best time to make fun of your baby if not when he is young and still in gaa gaa goo goo stage....wait until he grow up ar? hahaha...later when he grow older, his time for revenge...that is later la.

I saw this cow custome in the internet online selling baby stuffs when I was browsing baby gift for my SIL in Singopre. When I first saw this custome, it made me laughed so hard until I have to put my both hand on my tummy to prevent baby feeling earthquake inside, hahaha. I asked jk what you think? Should we buy and make fun of our boy for next coming CNY? Then ang pow must be banyak banyak lorrr..... As this year is Cow year, so I think it suit him perfectly also...ngek ngek ngek...this mother.... :D

Anyway, I bought another set of custome for my SIL's baby girl. Guess what custome is that??

Hehehe......ta-daaaa....it is a RABBIT custome...Cun or not? :)

I was thinking to get this rabbit for my boy but since it's in pink colour and boy in pink is kinda sissy (jk said la...not me. I think pink is a great colour!!)

I couldn't resist this blankie as well. That's what they call it. It suppose to stimulate the baby's touch and feel. Mmmm....I'm sure the rabbit head wont stay long there.....hahaha

Sooner or later, it will become headless blankie.

@ 34 weeks

Everytime I went for my routine check up, Doc Fong will asked me few "everytime question"...


Doc: You are in bla blab weeks now.

Me: Ok


Doc: Any bleeding?

Me: Nope (unless I bleed just now when I go to toilet. If I got it earlier, confirm I'll dash out and look for u...right?)



Doc: Itchiness?

Me: Nope (same as above)


Doc: Baby moving?

Me: Yes (are you kidding? he is not only moving, but he's doing lion dance inside... :D)



Doc: Ok, check your weight.

Me: (I'm so dread this moment, slowly walking toward the weighing machine.......sigh.....really have to popi popi..please please dont overweight)


After walking up the weighing machine, a nurse beside me see and see the numbers and finally she tell out a very promising number...thank god! hehehe...start to think what to have later de...

Doc: Ok


I wonder if jk terrified because he is sitting opposite the doctor. Anything wrong, doc will shoot him first..Lol


Then have to lie down and doctor come and check my blood pressure, baby's heart beat and baby position.

Doc: Everything's ok.

All done within 10 minutes...so efficient. Paid up RM35, went downstair bought iron pills and folic acid. And........come go eat NOW!!!

I WANT TO CELEBRATE!!!

The apple cake...i baked

This is the apple cake I did last Saturday. It turned out nicely with crunchy crust on top and moist with apple and raisins inside. Credito to jk that did the peeling and chopping all the apples for me.

Hehehe...this was when he mentioned to me the other day why I didnt bake apple cake anymore. Then I replied, lazy la want to peel apple, chop the apple.... and he volunteer, I do la.....kekeke

Lesson of the day: make something that he likes to eat and you'll get half the work done!

Sweet dessert @ Sweet Heart Cafe

Anyone know me well or at least had a few lunch or dinner with me at any 'tai chow' or restaurant should know that I like sweet and sour thingy very much. Be it chicken, pork or fish, it doesn't matter....

Sweet sour pork is my whole-time favourite dish. I remembered when I was working in Batang Berjuntai, I always ordered this dish whenever they asked me for an opinion. Until one day all of them protest and forbid to even utter the word "Ku Lou...." Nasty colleagues I had... :D

They: Noooo...not again....

Me: What again? we didnt had that yesterday... :D

They: But we had that 4 times last week.

Me: We did? LOL

Anyway, last few weeks ago, me and jk were lurking around bandar puteri looking for food. Sometimes it is so hard to make a decision on what food to have. And sometimes we come to a conclusion that there are no food to eat, go back and cook maggi mee instead....problem solved.

We stumbled across this dessert shop near Kiew Brother dried meat, just few steps away from the badminton center in Bandar Puteri.

Sweet Heart Cafe

Interior is clean and comfortable. Food pictures that they hung up wall are quite captivative. Food are great, tong sui (desserts) are nice and plenty of choices. The only downturn are the chairs inside, making me difficult to enjoy my meal.
You know, they have these kinda plastic-rubbery chair that when you sit on it and lay back, the chair become out of shape. Is like when you move your shoulder to the left or right, the chair will follow your movement...and with the table quite low, always 'kena' my ever-so-big tummy when I sit up right to eat my meals......darn!
But that's ok because they serve a quite good sweet and sour pork!

And quite a cheap set meal...
Available only on weekdays, from 12pm-2pm, choose any set meal of rice or noodle which come with free ice lemon tea,

and one scoop of ice cream. The cheapest set start from RM6.90 (if I'm not mistaken).

Their finger food are expensive thou. Like these 4 pieces of fried thin noodles with dont know what inside ( I forgot) and it costs RM5.50. Yes....it's that expensive!
I only like their char siew pau. Nice and sweet filling inside. The buns are soft. 2 for Rm2.50 but no picture to upload. Next time ya..

Indulgence after my check up...

I went for my bi-weekly check up last thursday and the good news was....I only gained 1kg!!!

Doctor was pleased, jk was pleased and I'm more than pleased! That means I can have a very good dinner afterward...hahaha

As usual, jk asked me the same question: "Eat what?" and the indulgence begin......ngek ngek ngek!

First stop: Sakae Sushi in IOI Mall. Sorry no pictures because too excited already ..LOL

Second stop: Secret recipe. Cakes!!

Chocolate Indulgence. Mixture of Belgium chocolate and white chocolate. But too creamy and not much layer of spongy cake.

Classic Cheese. This is not the picture I took. I just found it in the net. I ordered take away for both. But after I opened up the box, the cakes overturn inside...if i post up that picture, you wont want to eat cakes anymore...hahaha

Fillet-O-Fish

Remember the red snapper fish I told you all about? I sliced both meaty side of the RM11 and this is all I got.....RM11 laaaa these 2 pieces
I marinated it with a bit of salf and pepper. Pan-fried it with little oil. That's all. Served hot with little bit of mayo + tomato sauce. Yum yum....:)

Yay..!! The only time didnt get scolding from my gynae

Went for check up last Thursday and that day was the only time I didnt get scolding from him. Phewww....
My weight remained the same for 2 weeks....hahaha

After check up, we went for celebration at Shogun in Sunway Pyramid. It's actually a Japanese buffet style restaurant. Haha...not celebration la...but a planned gathering with my ex-colleagues. So nice to see them after sometimes now.

Anyway that was the only time after so long I didnt care what I ate. Tiramisu cake at the dessert bar was heavenly..!!!! I ate 3 pieces of it. I still have 2 weeks to go before my next check up ma...........
