Homemade chicken essence

Who have thought that me, yes me..... know how to do all these things where I don't usually stepped into kitchen to help my mom to cook last time :)

Anyway, this is the setting on how to get the essence. Washed and drained the whole chicken (it is actually a 'kampung chicken' brought back from my hometown), put it on a strainer and the whole thing put inside a big steel basin bowl. Steamed it for one and half hour, the essence of one whole bird will drip down and to be collect in this steel basin.


The smell is heavenly.......

Whole chicken and you'll only get maybe around 1 rice bowl of essence. Mmmm....so precious. LOL

After you've tried this, you wont turn into those normal pre-packed commercialize chicken essence anymore..... I'm so so sure :D

Only rabbits likes carrot

I dont like carrots especially raw one but what to do, mummy need more fiber and vitamins now. As we all know carrot are an excellent source for carotene which is converted to Vitamin A in our human body. No choice but have to eat it as frequent as possible.

Once my friend's mum told me to eat one whole piece of raw carrot everyday.... Aiya, if that's the case, I'll grew green on top of my head in no time. So I cut pieces of carrots into small strips, store it in fridge and munch on it whenever I'm free watching tv or browsing the internet.

Everytime of course I'll share the 'happiness' with my rabbits. One strip each...after I watched how vigorously they munched on it, it increased my appetite into eating those carrots..... Well, at least it helps... :)

Bad Mr Baoz

This what I had for lunch yesterday. A free delivering all the way from Pavillion to Bandar Puteri. I got one personal 'ahmad'...lol

Anyway, surprise lunch was delivered in a very pretty plastic bag...mmm...what's inside?



Mr Baoz!! Well, I havent taste this kinda pau before. First, I dont think it is good and second, definitely not worth the price. But since my 'ahmad' tapau for me, I'm happy!

Paus comes in a box!

There were 6 compartment inside and wahhh....really got some presentation!

Noticed 2 missing paus? Yupe, after I ate those 2 only i remember to snap some photos. I had one chicken curry pau and another was cheesy something pau. Taste pretty weird thou!


The one with snowflakes topping, I have no idea what is it. And I'm not going to find out. The smell makes me wanna puke! Ewww...


Yeap, I just stole one red cherry deco on top....just the cherry.... At the end of the day, 4 pieces of paus sitting inside my fridge....until today :)
